EVO 2 is the consequent evolution of the successful EVO Contractor Line with an additional benefit in terms of economy and operation safety. Universally adaptable plant which is suited for processing both blasted natural stone, asphalt and demolition waste as well as producing a first-class end quality product. Despite its comparatively „small“ crusher inlet size of 1100 x 800 mm, it achieves outputs that up to now were only known to be achievable with larger crushing plants. Maximum input capacities of 350 t/h can be easily attained. In primary screening, an independent double-deck pre screen is applied. For a classified end product, the plant can be fitted with a high performance final screen.

MR 122 Z
Extremely powerful mobile impact crusher in uncompromisingly robust design, ideally suited both for recycling and for the crushing of limestone. The crusher's 250 kW electrical drive, powered by a 359 kW diesel engine, makes short work even of heavily reinforced concrete or large blocks of limestone material. The large clearance between the rotor and the vibrating discharge chute, as well as the 1,400 mm wide discharge conveyor make sure that even twisted steel bars are moved into the magnet's contact area without difficulty. The machine's drive concept and intelligent design permit highly economically efficient operation.

MR 130 Z EVO 2

Due to its larger crusher width and more powerful drive, the overall output has once again been considerably increased. Feed capacites of 450 t/h and more can be achieved with this plant. The key for this exceptional performance is the new material flow concept, which consistently ensures that there is no restriction to the flow of the material throughout the entire plant. In primary screening, an independent double-deck pre screen is fitted. A final screening unit is available as an option.

MR 150 Z
The MR 150 Z is the largest impact crushing plant produced by Kleemann that is suitable for transport without needing to be dismantled first. It differs from the MR 122 Z not only in the larger width of material flow, but mainly in the design of its drive system: To permit maximum power in limited space, the plant is equipped with a 481 kW diesel engine, 350 kW of which are used solely for driving the crusher. This type of drive design makes the MR 150 Z the mobile impact crusher with the lowest consumption rates in its class.

MR 170 Z
Classical crushing plant for operation in quarries, which is primarily used in limestone and is equally suited as primary crusher for feed sizes of up to 1,500 mm (with SHH 17/100 crusher), and – with the feed size reduced accordingly – for the production of final aggregate fractions (with SHB 17/100 crusher). The electrical crusher drive offers an output of 315 kW and can optionally be operated via the on-board generator or via a stationary power supply system. The plant’s high feed capacity of up to 700 t/h is ensured, among other things, by an efficient double-deck pre-screening unit of 5.4 m² (upper deck), which is important in particular when processing contaminated feed materials.
